Elizabeth is a Toronto-based registered physiotherapist with university degrees in kinesiology and physical/health education. She has continued her education with post-graduate courses in manual therapy, myofascial release, neuroproprioceptive taping, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, and neurodevelopmental treatment. She has expertise in treating neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Her pilates mat and equipment training was completed through BODY HARMONICS. Elizabeth trained extensively in ballet and modern dance. She enjoys hiking, canoeing, and other outdoor activities. Elizabeth is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
